Mexican football club FC Juárez defeated Pachuca 2-1, securing their place in the Liga MX playoffs for the first time in their history. In the 38th minute, 'Puma' Rodríguez scored to extend his team's lead. Pachuca pulled one back in the 45+1st minute, but the Panamanian forward's goal was enough for the victory. The Panamanian national team player, who recently qualified for the 2026 World Cup, was substituted in the 85th minute. With this win, FC Juárez (8th place) now prepares to face the current Mexican champions and league leaders, Toluca. Panamanian winger José Luis 'Puma' Rodríguez provided an assist and scored the decisive goal. In the first half, 'Puma' Rodríguez assisted Madson to put FC Juárez ahead 1-0 in the 15th minute. The first leg will be played on Wednesday, November 26th, with the return leg on Saturday, November 29th.
